Seasons of Battles and Seasons of Peace

CHAMPION
Song by Bethel Music, Dante Bowe ‧ 2020

I've tried so hard to see it
Took me so long to believe it
That You'd choose someone like me
To carry Your victory
Perfection could never earn it
You give what we don't deserve and
You take the broken things
And raise them to glory
You are my champion
Giants fall when You stand
Undefeated
Every battle You've won
I am who You say I am
You crown me with confidence
I am seated
In the Heavenly place
Undefeated
With the One who has conquered it all
Now I can finally see it
You're teaching me how to receive it
So let all the striving cease, oh
This is my victory
You are my champion
Giants fall when You stand
Undefeated
Every battle You've won
I am who You say I am
You crown me with confidence
I am seated
In the Heavenly place
Undefeated
With the One who has conquered it all
It all, it all, it all, it all

When I lift my voice and shout
Every wall comes crashing down
I have the authority
Jesus has given me
When I open up my mouth
Miracles start breaking out
I have the authority
Jesus has given me
When I lift my voice and shout
Every wall comes crashing down
I have the authority (yes, I do)
Jesus has given me
When I open up my mouth
Miracles start breaking out
I have the authority
Jesus has given me
You are my champion
Giants fall when You stand
Undefeated
Every battle You've won
I am who You say I am
You crown me with confidence
I am seated
In the Heavenly place
Undefeated
By the power of Your name
I am seated in the Heavenly place
Undefeated
With the One who has conquered it all

Seasons of Battles and Peace (Panahon ng Pakikidigma/ Labanan at Kapayapaan)

His anointing gave him the authority, and his relationship with God gave him faith and boldness to act in that authority.

Fear paralyzed the soldiers, but faith moved David to stand up and fight for God’s honor.

(1 Samuel 17:45 MBBTAG) David did not fight his battle/s alone; he trusted in the God who was with him wherever he went. He won the battle against Goliath and triumphed over their enemies because God was with him.

David knew their identity as the chosen people of God; and he knew the power of God to
save them. David’s faith motivated him to fight; his heart was firm and established in God’s promises.

Alam nyo ba na tayong mga mananampalataya ay mayroong mas mabuting tipan sa Diyos dahil sa pagsunod ni Cristo (better covenant with God because of Christ’s obedience - his death on the cross)? Again, the key here is identity. Do you know who you are in Christ? Remember, we have God’s anointing; we are already victorious in Christ; we have the power and authority to reject/rebuke the words (deception) of the enemy. Choose faith over fear! Piliing magtiwala kaysa matakot!

Elevate: Application/Suggested Questions:
